EvoCyte.co.uk is a trading name of Medical Aesthetics and Wellness UK Limited for the purpose of these terms and conditions of sale, we shall refer to EvoCyte.co.uk for the purpose of clarity and understanding.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by placing an order either verbally, online or in person, the Customer agrees to our terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set out by EvoCyte.co.uk please discontinue use of this website immediately. If you are under the age of 16 your arent/guardian must read and agree to the terms of this site.

Any errors and/or omissions in any form of verbal of typographical information relating to prices, website content, correspondence or any other documentation or information will be subject to correction without liability EvoCyte.co.uk.

EvoCyte.co.uk reserve the right to make amendments/changes to the terms and conditions as set out in this document and to remove and/or edit content, including prices as and when the need arises to meet our business needs and continuity and to accommodate any third party/manufacturers price increases or reductions.

The terms set out by EvoCyte.co.uk both in this document and on this website are subject to English law, any claims or disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the English Law Courts, however evocyte.co.uk reserve the right to instigate legal proceedings in any country in respect of the agreement/terms and conditions stated in this

As a Customer, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to all responsibilities in relation to your account. The Customer is responsible for inputting personal data for purposes of delivery and contact information. The Customer is responsible for updating their personal information should any of these details change and evocyte.co.uk will not be held liable for any incorrect information held on the customer account which impacts negatively on a delivery of orders or communication.

No part of this website may be replicated or copied without prior written agreement from EvoCyte.co.uk Should Customers use this website in a way that causes a detrimental impact, damage or disruption to the business, products and trading name of Evocyte.co.uk or fraudulent activity then your account will be terminated and legal action will be taken.

You must not breach any privacy, copyright, trademark rights nor send or cause any form of third-party injury in any form including and notwithstanding offensive, violent, criminal material, viruses, malware and any form of spam. Anyone found trying to obtain access to secure areas of our system will have their account closed and legal ction will be taken without due notice.


Orders received Monday – Friday will be dispatched within 48 hours; however, we attempt to process orders on the same day where possible, excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders received of an evening, during the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day where possible.

Packaging charges

There is no charge for packaging.

Delivery charges

UK mainland tracked – at an approximate cost (price varies dependant on weight) of £ 9.00 to £12.00

24hours tracked and signed – at cost (price varies dependant on weight).

EU/International Delivery – orders will be sent by tracked delivery using either Royal Mail or courier, these charges are determined by weight and destination zone, we ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand.

The maximum weight for overseas shipping is unlimited.


Payment can be made by bank transfer to our nominated account or by calling our office to pay by telephone by credit or debit card.

EvoCyte.co.uk may require additional ID for high value orders to prevent potential fraud, any orders that we suspect to be fraudulent will be declined/cancelled.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but customers security is taken very seriously.

Unopened items in their original condition and packaging (with unbroken seals and in re-sellable condition) will be accepted for return within 10 days of receipt, the customer must also send an email to inform us at info@evocyte.co.uk. Once a satisfactory inspection has taken place, a full refund will be credited (less delivery charges).

Faulty items or incorrect orders should be returned in their original packaging with a letter stating the exact nature of the reason for return and detailing any faults/damage, photos may be requested. Faulty/incorrect orders must be returned within 10 days of receipt and an exchange or credit will be processed.

For EU/International orders, EvoCyte.co.uk will not be liable for any import or custom charges paid or deducted on shipped or returned goods. These will be deducted from any refund amount due.

The products remain on the responsibility of the Customer until they are received by EvoCyte.co.uk, we cannot be held responsible for any missing returns and we
trongly advise customers to insure/send by tracked post. We do not accept returns in person unless accompanied by a duly completed detailed delivery/return note.

Orders Not Received

We sincerely hope you receive your order on time and in perfect condition, however, if you do not receive your order please email us within 14 days of placing your order stating your order or invoice number. Please note that Royal Mail do not class a package as missing until after 10 working days from the expected delivery date, therefore we cannot investigate the problem until after this period. If the order is classed as missing by Royal Mail, we will either resend the order to the original delivery address or issue a refund if items are out of stock.

EvoCyte.co.uk are not liable for any products that arrive faulty or missing due to damaged packaging in transit. In the event of this happening the Customer must
ontact Royal Mail directly.

For orders that are returned by Royal Mail as ‘Not Called For’ we will contact the customer explaining that the order has been returned and therefore cancelled and refund will be processed, with the deduction of postage paid plus a handling fee of £10.00.


Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been dispatched, however, especially ordered items are non-refundable or items that are not listed on
ur latest price list, given the short processing time, it is important that the customer contacts us as quickly as possible on +44 (0) 7570 060926 Orders that have already been dispatched may be returned (at a cost to the customer). The refund will have the original postage cost deducted and the refund promptly made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order (unless it was a ‘Special Order’ or a ‘non stock’ item not listed on our current price list) before it has been dispatched, given short processing time, it is important that the customer contacts us as soon as possible on +44(0)207 8309702.Orders that have already been dispatched may be returned (at cost to the customer). The refund will have the original postage or shipping cost deducted and the refund promptly made within 14 working days.

Stock Availability

All stock is subject to availability. When an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer to inform them and ascertain whether they wish their order to be dispatched or an alternative item may be substituted as agreed with the customer. Alternatively, the customer has the option to receive the out of stock item once we have eceived same.


The Images on this website are the property of EvoCyte.co.uk or other companies as used with their permission. The images are for illustration purposes and we endeavour to ensure the shades are as close as possible to the products in the images; however, colours may differ slightly from the actual product.

EvoCyte.co.uk value their Customers’ privacy and do not share or sell any Customer details to third parties. The information that EvoCyte.co.uk m hold on file for
ustomers will be used in compliance with the GDPR, please see our privacy policy for full details.

Customer Card payments are processed direct by the bank or sum up company depending on the option chosen by the Customer and therefore EvoCyte.co.uk do not have access to any of the Customer’s card details or any additional personal information used in making the payment. The information retained by EvoCyte.co.uk is solely to deliver your order and contact you with a confirmation or if there is a problem with your order.

Customers have the option to sign up to a newsletter/special offer campaign and can subscribe at any time. We will not contact you unless you have chosen to sign up for this additional feature and we do not have any ‘pre-ticked’ boxes.
